Stuart's role as MD follows 40 years in the gaming and wagering industry. Trained in finance and with post graduate study in systems analysis, management and HR he brings deep experience in the fields of Finance, Audit, QA, Operations and IT. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Stuart occupied the position of General Manager Technical Services at NZTAB, leading IT, Engineering, Computer Operations and Development teams. Stuart has had extensive experience in managing international projects, working with Governments and TAB's throughout Asia and Australia.

Antony has worked for over 10 years in the IT industry in Australia and has experience in roles including programming, project management, sales and support. Prior to joining BEToptions, Antony was the technical director of Norteal Systems, an IT consultancy in Melbourne. Antony started work at BEToptions as a programmer and soon progressed to Operations Manager, before changing to his current role. Antony is currently completing his MBA from Melbourne Business School.

After completing a bachelor of applied science, Marcus worked for two years at Sausage Software, one of Melbourne's leading Internet technology development houses during the early 90's. Marcus was employed as an Analyst Programmer and was the sole developer of their online store as well as developing Internet and Intranet applications using a variety of technologies. Marcus joined BEToptions as Technology Manager in early 2003.

After completing a bachelor of computer science, C.S became a technical support agent at South-East Asia Exxon Mobil and provided the operational support for Exxon sites in Hong Kong, Guam, Saipan, Singapore and Malaysia. During his career at Exxon Mobil, C.S has gained extensive experience in service management and quality assurance management. Since joining BEToptions in 2006, C.S has been working closely with bookmakers in Australia, Europe, South Africa and Asia. With a huge passion in the wagering industry, CS has a broad understanding and in depth knowledge on betting products and wagering market segments that span the globe.

Brad has been working in R&D and management in the IT industry for over 14 years. Starting in heavy industry, designing thermal imaging systems, Brad worked for Circle Technology (formerly a division of Boral) in Australia and then FLS Automation in Denmark. He began private consulting in early 1999 and was involved in numerous projects and start-ups involving broadcast multimedia systems, mobile devices and satellite telephony. In addition to his commercial work, Brad has lectured at Australian and Chinese universities and has been invited to speak at conferences internationally on distributed supercomputing. Brad holds a bachelor degree in computer science from the University of Wollongong as well as master and PhD degrees from the University of Tasmania.
